While imagining our menu, we set to recreate the qualities of our gardens on a plate. Recipes that evoked a feeling of ‘the natural’ - down-to-earth, colorful, aromatic. Food that was sophisticated enough but also authentic: employing fresh ingredients, artisanal techniques and unforgettable flavors.
From these daydreaming sessions, we arrived at a selection of dishes inspired by the Italy that feasts with family or friends, incorporating aromas and ingredients from Guatemalan traditional cuisine.
